Roomy Flat San Pietro - Ideal for Families!

This bright, elegant and comfortable 110 sq.mt apartment is located on the eighth floor of a modern building with elevator, in an elegant setting in the historic center, with an enchanting panoramic view over Rome and St. Peter's Basilica. The famous Vatican Museums are just 700 m away and all the main attractions are easily reached on foot.
Our accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people, and has a large living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms one of which with shower, bidet and hairdryer and the other one for service. All the furniture is extremely refined and refined in detail, and the wood of the parquet makes the atmosphere particularly warm and welcoming, you will feel just like you were at home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or full meals.
The apartment has a beautiful roof terrace, equipped with a table and chairs
and umbrella with a panoramic view.
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, HD TV, air conditioning, washing machine and independent heating.

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

On-site payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as required by the municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the hotel and include a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24.00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
