The Guest House is located on the first floor of an elegant period building with a lift, carefully maintained and consists of 5 private rooms, an interesting aspect if you are traveling in company, but you always want to have your own privacy. La Stanza Verde, in its simplicity offers all desirable comforts and will make you feel at home and has a double bed, wardrobe, TV, desk, mini fridge and a private bathroom.
The kitchen and the laundry are spaces shared with the other rooms and are super-equipped.
The kitchen area has a hob, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need to prepare a small breakfast and warm up your food.
The laundry has a washer and dryer.
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (each room has its own fan coil), independent heating, a crib for newborns (available on request)

The entire room is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the hotel and include a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24.00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
