The unit I was in was up against the metal stairwell. It sounding like a train barreling through when people walked up and down it. Shook the entire room which caused lack of sleep for the time I was there. I also had ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

Like: Clean room, spacious and good beds. Clean bathroom, and nice shower. Dishwasher and Microwave, both clean and works. Great fridge too, and dishes were all clean.
Do not like: Room A shares a wall with the main street on the ground floor. Why is this an issue? Because the street is a tram line, and the tram runs just a little footpath from your bedroom wall - the whole floor and the bed vibrates through the night every time a tram runs! It is noisy - the tram stop is right our the door. Plus the entrance to the hotel is through a large, heavy iron door, which bangs shut on the bedroom wall every time a guest enters. It's loud, and very difficult to sleep.
We asked for coffee pods when we checked in - did not get it for 4 days. Would have been a great stay if not for the fact that sleeping was hard (and I live in a city, so used to noise!!)
