Ideal accommodation for overnight stay as close to train station which makes for easy travel to other cities and/or airport. Safe, quiet and clean accommodation. Walkable with easy access to Trevi Fountain and other monuments. Check in was efficient with staff very helpful.

Small basic double room but only used to sleep at night whilst exploring the city in the day. Pillows were very firm and not always comfy to sleep on. Good WiFi. Good powerful shower. Room was cleaned everyday. Fridge with one bottle of complimentary water. Coffee making facilities. Secure building. Good location.

Room was full of spiderwebs and bugs. Treadmill did not work. Shower handle is broken. Access panel in bottom floor was falling off. Had to prop lounge chair against it to keep it closed. Overall the property was not in great shape but in a wonderful location

This property was in a good area for walking however given the other locally owned properties we stayed in it wasn’t quite what we were expecting.

Property was clean and comfortable, a few things needed attention in the bathroom. Broken toilet seat, shower screen totally useless letting floods of water into the floor, bath tap did not work meaning using the shower head only, bath plug does not push up to allow the water out, jacuzzi bath that did not work, little shaving mirror not fixed to arm so kept falling off, no restock of free shower gels, bedroom light buzzing, coffee with no milk. Other than those items it was an ok room.

Everything is good except there was no reception area to register. You have to walk to another hotel to register. You expect customers to check in on that day, someone should be there to check her in. What if the weather is bad? What if the customer has many bags? What if the customer is an elderly?

Rooms aren’t connected to check in desk, wasn’t a problem. Once we checked in they walk you down to your room, area felt safe and very walkable to different tourists attractions

Missed having a lobby to sit in and visit. Rooms very small but clean. Marble floors and steps blend together. Need safety tape to caution people. It was only about a five inch step. I slipped and ended up on floor with a slide to the door. Fortunately only ended up with a broken nail injury but it could have been bad. Staff friendly. A good location for walking to termini and other sites.
