Le parking c'était vraiment un plus.Belle vue sur l'océan et pas trop loin du centre ville. 10 min à pied.L'appartement était confortable. TrÚs bon accueil.

Wir waren im August 2025 mit unserer kleinen Tochter im Apartment und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und bestens ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, SpĂŒlmaschine, Klimaanlage). Die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Schritte zu einem kleinen, sauberen Strand, ein kleiner Laden ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, grĂ¶ĂŸere SupermĂ€rkte mit dem Auto in ca. 5 km. Außerdem erreicht man das Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen LĂ€den zum Shoppen in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuverlĂ€ssig, Kommunikation und SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe liefen reibungslos.Zwei Punkte, die uns gestört haben: Die Garage ist sehr eng, sodass das Parken mit zwei Autos eine Herausforderung sein kann. Außerdem sind die WĂ€nde sehr hellhörig – man hört die Nachbarn deutlich. Leider war das fĂŒr uns mit einem kleinen Kind schwierig, da die Nachbarn abends und nachts oft laut gefeiert haben.Trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – daher vergeben wir 4 Sterne.

Cositas

El apartamento estĂĄ bien para unos dĂ­as, pero para una larga estancia pues hay “cositas”, el aire acondicionado perfecto, el parking pues de una plaza sacan dos, que te puedes apañar??, pues si, pero no es plan, en 20 dĂ­as no paso nada, pero muy muy justas, los colchones pues con decir que acabe en urgencias y con ibuprofeno, nolotil y diacepam para poder dormir la Ășltima semana, pues con eso lo digo todo, y como “cosita” mĂĄs reseñable una puerta en mitad del pasillo “secreta” que daba a la vivienda de al lado donde cada noche nos deleitaban con una “sonata de Verdi” maravillosa, y por las mañanas las “mañanitas del rey David” estupendo!!! , lo mejor la playita de al lado a 100 metros y nuestros “queridos” vecinos franceses que son un “amor” “Cositas nada mĂĄs”

L’appartement est idĂ©alement placĂ© et trĂšs fonctionnel. Il est trĂšs propre. L’isolation phonique avec l’appartement d’à cĂŽtĂ© serait Ă  amĂ©liorer .
