Location
Albarella. The villa is located on an open garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has various types of accommodation: small apartments, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or dedicate yourself to your favourite sport.

Situated in the Po Delta Nature Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean maquis, with 2 million trees of 150 different species, e.g. maritime pine and poplar, also called “Populus alba”, from which the island takes its name.

Fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat here. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. Access is via a field or forest track. Parking (for 2 cars) on the road in front of the house. Parking for 2 cars nearby.

The swimming pool facility at the sports centre (1 Olympic pool, 1 children's pool, 2 small pools) is available, open from: 17.05.25 - 07.09.25 (weather-dependent). The sports centre is located 3 kilometres from the complex.

Boat mooring in Porto turistico 600 m. Dog beach in Spiaggia Capo Nord 3 km. Tennis in Tennis Farm 1000 m. The distance to the sea varies greatly depending on the location of the house. In addition, the water is quickly accessible from everywhere and guests can swim both at the beach (from the North Cape or from Mare Vostrum) and in the fjords. Generally, the first swim takes a maximum of 15 minutes by bike.

The entrance to your villa is on the ground floor, is at ground level and leads directly into the kitchen-living room. The holiday home is part of a two-family villa and extends over two levels. The houses are located at the entrance to the island near the restaurant “Il Rustico”, where evening music parties are organised in summer.
Ground floor: Living room with seating area, TV, dining area and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed (suitable for under-3s) and 1 cot. Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment) and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
