Was a very last min booking, bit out of the way & we didn't know the area at all. Staff helpful, shops & places for food nearby. Breakfast included, problem with coffee machine, staff stepped in & made coffee from the bar. Would return if in the area & needed a place to stop

Great Hotel.

Very friendly, yet professional staff, also very efficient, the room was exceptionally clean, in all areas and all the room facilities were excellent........there was an excellent choice for breakfast, catering for everyone, everything was fresh, the cooked food was hot and a great choice of drinks, hot and cold.......we didn't use the bar, but it looked very clean with a good range of drinks.......all in all a very enjoyable stay and we'll definitely be back, thank you.

Shower did not work and the shower room stunk

The shower was not working, my partner had to have a freezing cold shower to wash the soap off. I could not have a shower and the shower room absolutely stunk of sewerage. I have a video of the shower not working

Good service, comfortable room and great breakfast

The receptionist was very nice, welcoming, friendly and helpful she checked us in speedily, have us the information we wanted regarding evening meal and breakfast. The room was very comfortable and nice, it was quiet, WiFi was good, breakfast was freshly cooked, there was a good selection and it was delicious. Would recommend them.

Great hotel

Very friendly staff, plenty of parking available. Double room very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The only issue is the road noise which is constant all night.

We would stay again

Check in was super easy and greeted with a friendly smile and plenty of parking, room was clean and very spacious, plenty of tea and coffee, bed was comfy and a good size, downside was we were woken at 11.30pm by other guests who had arrived it sounded like elephants above us you could hear kids running around along the corridor, we had a 6 hour drive the following day so I did call down to reception regarding this. We had room 110 on the first floor. Breakfast was really good full cooked options with cereals, fruits, fruit juices with tea and coffee options we had breakfast at 9am which was extremely busy. All in all a good stay it just a shame we were woken by inconsiderate guests.
