The open layout includes a kitchen with eating area, stainless steel appliances, and a large counter top with bar stools. The living area has reclining seating arrangements with a 55 inch smart television with Google TV and other streaming apps are available. The split bedroom concept between the main living areas provide privacy.

The screened in pool area is perfect for enjoying the Florida scenery and lifestyle. The heated pool area has seating and an electric grill. The pool patio has pocket sliding glass doors for easy access from the master bedroom, queen bedroom and living room.
