What is your idea of ​​a perfect vacation? Diving in the incredible nature of Florida Swimming in your own pool overlooking a small canal, or swimming with the dolphins? Relax in a deckchair Steps from your own beautiful living space? Play golf, hiking or cycling?

Villa Sunrise offers it all ... the 1717sqft large villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a heated outdoor pool. The villa is located in the quiet Rotonda West Community.

Swim in the turquoise-blue pool or relax overlooking the small canal where turtles and exotic birds frolic. The south-west facing of the pool deck has room for sunbathing and relaxing, has a table with 6 chairs and a large BBQ. Here you spend wonderful evenings.

This house was furnished by us with love. The large living room has two sofas and a chair. The large sliding doors lead directly to the pool area.

In the dining area there is a large table that can accommodate 6 people.

The master bedroom has so-called. French Doors that open directly to the pool deck. It contains a king size bed with two bedside tables. The adjoining master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double vanity for him and her.

The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and appliances you need for your visit.
Coffee maker, large stove and oven - perfect for an American cooking experience, side-by-side fridge of course with ice maker and built-in microwave.

The guest bedrooms, both also with a king size bed, bedside table and dresser are located in the "west wing" of the home. All bedrooms have the typical American walk-in closets.

In the heart 💕 in the living room is a TV and a stereo. The house has a cable connection, here you can also receive some German-language broadcasts. To the stereo you can connect your smartphone or tablet directly (aux) or connect via Bluetooth and enjoy their own music. Of course the house also has a W-LAN connection which you can use for free.

Our house also has a small laundry with washer and dryer. Two bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella and pool toys are also at your disposal.

Elegance, style and comfort in a quiet, private setting are what Villa Sunrise has to offer. It is minutes away from old Florida style restaurants, sparkling beaches, parks with trails and golf courses. Visitors enjoy the diverse flora and fauna of Bald Eagle to Alligator!

Beautiful location We loved the pool. The place was great. Felt like home for two weeks. Comfy beds. Loved using the bikes. And walking across the street to the walking/bike paths in Rotunda. Tuesday food trucks were great too. “Marcello’s pizza. Find them. Also, Englewood Parasail. Safe and professional.”Highly recommend this place! Very clean.

This is a lovely home that includes everything anyone could need. The neighborhood is very quiet and tucked away. Great for walks or bikes if you bring or rent them. Restaurants and beaches are 15-20 minutes away. We were not given info regarding wifi or if anything special was required re: the pool cover. Also, a pool cleaner comes weekly. We were not made aware and thought someone was breaking in. Also the grill ran out of gas after two uses. We contacted the property mgr and were told there was no back up tank. He did not offer to switch it out. We opted not to pay for this ourselves.

The house is clean and just like the pictures. The house manager and his wife are ready to cheerfully help if you have any issues. The HOT shower was wonderful. We read alot in the evening and the living room furniture is very comfortable.

Lanai living

Enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunrise. Every morning started with coffee on the lanai watching the wildlife. The resident alligator made an appearance most sunny afternoons. Loved the warm pool! Looking forward to next year’s visit!

Another great stay

So happy to be back at Sunrise Villa. Stayed 2 years ago and equally as satisfied! Communication with local property manager regarding minor pool issue was promptly addressed and resolved in a timely manner. He then followed up to confirm there were no other problems. Beautiful house and property. Loved listening to birds sing, able to see a nest being built. Alligator was in pond several times, including 2 babies. Would be back next year if it wasn't already booked

Everything was perfect. We were not prepared to leave at checkout time but the hosts were understanding and did not charge us extra. Great location, perfect relaxing atmosphere. Pool was a nice touch. We will rent here again.

The home and it's amenities were exactly as listed. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the area is full of restaurants and great parks. My only issue was communication with the property owner. We accidentally left an item behind, and I tried several times to contact her about returning it, but she never got back to me.

Nice house in good area. TV's were missing key stations, TV in bedroom doesn't work, keeps blacking out and internet drops a lot. Dishwasher didn't work our entire stay.

Family vaca

This place was very nice and spacious. We had a blast playing in the pool, and looking for the gator out back . The beach is not far from the house, but we found that if we drove a little further to the beach(Venice Beach) it was much bigger and nicer. The only issue with the place is there are no baking sheets or measuring cups or measuring spoons so I had to go buy my own.
