The room was clean and so was the bathroom but the beds were pretty hard and a little hard to sleep on. But my worst complaint is the pool and hot tub area had a/c on where it was so freezing in there you couldn't even stand to be in there even if you weren't in the waterbe in therecouldn't even sit in there let alone be in the water

Well, if you don't mind the pocket door separating the two rooms broken and falling down from its tract. The spicket from the tub leaking. The dark and dingy hotel and rooms. The bugs in the master bed. And the non-caring front desk lady. Then this is the place for you

Had stayed before, and was great, but this time, I got there a few minutes before 4, and asked if I could check in a bit earlier, I was told they would charge me $20 per room ($40), for "early check in", I said we would walk around for a few minutes. When I checked in, I was told the pool heater wasn't working, what the lady could of said when I was there earlier, in order for me to look somewhere else for a place. We were going there actually for the heated pool. Feel was overpriced for what we received.
