It was a relaxing place but with plenty of fun to do right in the home with the kids. The game room was fantastic, and we had the best family time. We also got to see so much wildlife just hanging out by the property. The hot tub was well maintained and relaxing at the end of the evening. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location

We had a great time at Bear Hill Cabin. The house was festively decorated with over 162 bears (our kids had a blast trying to count them all) and was very cozy. This is a great location if you plan on visiting White Sands. We went there 3 times for sand sledding. The town of Ruidoso is convenient from this cabin, too with nearby restaurants and shopping. The game room was perfect for the kids and adults alike.

Christmas vacation

The cabin was okay.. It looked nicer in the pictures. The thing I didn't like where the stairs they are small you can't go up carrying something because you won't fit and it was hard because my grand baby was months old so to carry him on his carrier or stroller we had to go through the outside and it was in December so it was cold... So if you have small kids those stairs are no no... Communication was good and easy to check in and out...

Mountain Home

We had a wonderful family vacation. The home was just what we were looking for. The game room downstairs for the kids and still plenty of upstairs room for adults, plus a hot tub. Everyone was comfortable. The wildlife was amazing. Elk every day and deer that come right up to the house! We highly recommend and will always try to stay at this home.

Great cabin in Ruidoso

Very easy, non-contact reservation, check-in, and check-out. Our stay was very relaxing; we spent the entire 3 days in the cabin enjoying the game room and hot tub. There’s a great hike 1/2 mile away too (Perk Canyon).

Dirty house

House was dirty, bed sheets were really dirty, bathroom rugs smelled of dog urine, house smelled. Check in maids had us wait about 40 min til after check in time because house was still not ready. We had to put all the towels up because they were left in the dryer for us to put up ourselves. House did have everything that was listed, but pictures were really deceiving. Would not stay here again!!

EVERYTHING IN THE CABIN WAS GREAT, ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS WITH THE LOCK CODE. WE WAITED AN HOUR BEFORE WE COULD ACCESS THE CABIN. INFORMATION THAT WAS GIVEN WAS INCORRECT AND THE NUMBER ON OUR EMAIL FOR CONTACT PERSON NEVER PICKED UP. ALSO STAIRS ARE VERY NARROW AND NOT SAFE FOR SMALL CHILDREN.

Ruidoso Rally

We enjoyed staying here. It was very clean. Each of the three couples were able to have their privacy and then we enjoyed the recreation room together to socialize.

Everything was clean and great except the master bed room

Other than the masters bed room bed bugs it was great... i say this because everyone else in my family didnt have this issue other than for one room

Awesome Cabin - Especially for Large Families

We decided to head to Ruidoso for Christmas this year with our three boys and both sets of grandparents. This was the absolute perfect place for us! The game room downstairs was great for our kids and allowed the adults to stay upstairs in a little more quiet space. Plenty of room for everyone, and the proximity to town/skiing/shopping was perfect. If your'e thinking about staying in Ruidoso, stay here.

The hot tub was a very popular place to be! The house has everything you need. Very clean. The game room was a hit. We saw deer and turkeys from the upper deck. We will definately stay there again!

Very nice home. Perfect for our family weekend getaway. Problem with furnace upon arrival, but quickly remedied by ownes. Inside of home was clean and neat. Some cigarette butts and beer cans on porch when we arrived.

Nice property. Lots of amenities and close to town.

Bear Hill Cabin is very nice and has lots of amenities (pool table, card table, foosball table and hot tub). Also has a grill but didn’t get to use it due to burn ban. Would definitely recommend!
