No Air Conditioner in Unit! Condo 25 is a one level unit with a ground level entry. This condo has a deck view of the golf course and trout fishing lake. Condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Wood burning fireplace in living room. Even though the unit does not have central cooling, the ceiling fans keep it comfortable in the summer. The condo is close to all amenities, Texas Club Restaurant, Keurig coffee maker, and has Wi-Fi. Sleeps 6 people 820sq ft. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
