The cabin is cute. There was plenty of room. It had most of the utensils that we needed. The area around the cabin looks a bit run down but it was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Deer came by everyday!

The property was perfect. It appears to be rehabbed and it perfectly appointed. The decor is right on.The Bedding is new and the mattress comfortable.All bedrooms have a bathroom which are all updated.Full size washer and dryer.The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes.Large refrigerator appears new.Coffee pot and Kurig Blender for smoothiesDeck has room to play a game of corn toss and has a full outdoor couch and chairs.The hot tub was clean and is located right outside 2nd bedroom door leads to hot side and hot tub.Deers greeted us when we got there and each morning there after.Super close to town and shops. 10 and 10

Nice house, terrible neighborhood, not too clean ( lots of pictures), listing pictures not accurate, very few “toiletries, 3 sheets of paper towels, etc. We like Ruidoso but won’t stay in this house again. Ed are spoiled by our home in Angel Fire.

Lovely property

It was a great location in walking distance to downtown Ruidoso, it felt very private despite distance to neighbors, the hot tub was great and the porch/patio was fantastic for watching all the wildlife come through too. Large table in dining was perfect for card games too!!

The cabin is very pretty with a new feel to the property. As we were driving in, we saw deer in the neighborhood. My grandchildren loved to take walks around the neighborhood. The location is good for activities on both ends of town. We enjoyed our visit â˜ș

Great location and house was super nice! Hot tub is not in a place where we felt comfortable using, but dog next door, ants were in kitchen area and laundry room making it hard to cook.

Clean, spacious and comfy

It was a wonderful experience overall. Called the local rep and she responded asap to help with resetting the breaker. It was clean, comfy beds, and spacious. We took our own tv for my son since there’s only 1 in the premises. The jacuzzi was a treat but do take extra towels. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the deer that hang around the neighborhood. Super close to the strip and grocery store. Great location! Can’t wait to go back!
