The room was nice. The problem was the people staying above us, stomping around all night, sometimes so hard, things in our room would rattle. We called staff at 11:30 pm to make a noise complaint, they said they would send someone…whether they did or not, I don’t know because it continued. It’s close to the airport which is nice but if we stay here again, I will request a 4th floor room. Awful.

The room was fine. We got here to find the airport shuttle bus was out of service! I asked for a full credit. Was told no because I booked through Expedia. Then found out there was a $15 per day parking fee, because I booked through Expedia. No fee if I booked direct. Why do I use Expedia? Additionally I now have to pay for a taxi to get to the airport! Thinking I’ll book direct from now on.

I called 3 days prior and was told by a front desk person there was a shuttle and free parking the 5 days while I was gone. No to both. Front desk told me there was nothing they could do and said parking was 15.00 a day. Front desk had no desire to resolve my issue. No hand soap in bathroom. Will never stay here again. Front desk person very unprofessional. I should have read prior reviews.
