The hotel is in a great position for downtown. It is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. We had room service and the food was very good. I would happily stay here again. Self parking was easy as the entrance to the car park is to the side of the main hotel entrance.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a helpful staff. The room was comfortable, especially the pillows. We visited over a weekend. Unfortunately, there is a large unhoused population near the hotel. Some were struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues, so we did not feel as comfortable walking around.

My wife and I have been staying here for many years now. It’s located near the Convention Center and walking distance from restaurants. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the noise levels in the hallway and rooms next to ours. Someone had a large party next to our suite that went on until 2:00 am. The next day there was many drunk and loud people yelling and screaming outside the lobby. Did not get much sleep the two nights we were there. I feel this hotel is starting to turn into Carnival Cruise Lines. Also I was very disappointed with the coffee station in the room. Very anemic and sad.
