The front desk would not allow my wife to check in before I arrived and they made no attempt to allow me to verify her identity but instead were rude. A rep in the back office was needed to solve the problem. They also wouldn't allow her to use the business office. The process made my wife late for a business meeting.

My family stayed here for my son to compete in a jiu jitsu tournament near by and it was very convenient for us. The room was very small, but the facility was clean and the staff was very helpful. Our biggest complaint was the parking. Our full sized truck would not fit in the parking garage, so we had to use valet which was very pricey to just park our vehicle for the night because there were no other options besides trying to find a spot to park on the street on a Saturday night.

Room service would not answer at 830pm. Had to use the mobile app. Fine for food but it dis not cover the drinks we wanted. Once food came ordered drinks from doorway, when he returnes one of the cups had a whole and was leaking the beverage

We had a long day of travel. My family waited for over 5 minutes in line to be checked in. A group of staff (3 people) were talking and completely ignored us until I raised my voice and asked if they were going to check us in. Then they called on us. Since I raised my voice, the check in experience was just as bad because the guy that checked us in named Patrick didn’t even look at us or say anything about the amenities to our stay. Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back to this hotel.

When I arrived a Bellman wasn’t available, so valet took my luggage. He offered to take my luggage to my room and I tipped him $20. I then parked and went to room, but my luggage never arrived. I went back down to the lobby and approached valet asking where my luggage was. He motioned to bellman and said “I had him take it”. My reply was “come on guys, I’m running late I need my luggage so I can change”. Bellman stated, “ oh, I have your stuff here”. My reply was “really? Come on”. Bellman then offered to take my luggage up. I let him know he could partner with the valet to split the $20 I gave him. I like your hotel, I just expected your staff to be more professional from the first interaction to the last. I will of course stay there again as I like the Hyatt brand. I only ask that you share my story and make the connection for your staff that every guest interaction is important and to always validate, follow through and follow up on your commitments to the guest. Thank you

Room was clean and comfortable. Although there was a conference (and lots of other things going on). The staff was friendly and on top of things, our room was tidy and more than sufficient for our needs. Great value for the price. Will stay again!

My biggest problem with this facility is that it's overpriced and they stopped doing real room service. I paid $15 for a glass of wine and it was tiny. If you're going to charge $15 a glass it should be a big glass. And my fruit plate came with tiniest serving of Greek yogurt I've ever seen. It would cost practically nothing to provide an actual small bowl of yogurt. The amount of fruit was a good value for the money. They had no pool towels stocked. And I think they actually expect you to pay to sit on a chair by the pool. Which is ridiculous. Finally, I ordered room service. What came? Food wrapped in styrofoam and plastic and served in a paper bag. Now I'm willing to pay a lot for room service. But that's bc I expect actual service. A tray and real plates and napkins. Cute tiny bottles of ketchup. This was such a let down and so environmentally unfriendly. Will not be doing Hyatt again. And I've got a lot of traveling to do with the upcoming holidays.
