As a guest of Motel 6 Sacramento, CA - Old Sacramento North, you'll find a seasonal outdoor pool, a terrace, and a vending machine. The front desk is open around the clock. Free self parking is available.
Their front desk staff is incredibly rude. They told me I couldnât keep my reservation because of my dogs bark and then they proceeded to charge me for it anyway. When I called to ask them to refund the money that they charged me for the reservation, they wouldnât let me keep the person at the front desk, screamed and yell at me and started calling me all kinds of names. They are incredibly unprofessional. Aside from that there are a bunch of homeless people and drug addicts that hang out around the hotel at all hours of the day and night itâs not a very safe location.
I like the area ,it was safe and close to fun things to do and shopping. I got there late at night and I feel front person could have been friendlier since we were dealing through a window.
When I pulled up there were transients and druggies all over that area. I thought weâd be safe because it was gated. Until I saw someone leave and another car just pulled in. After checking in and walking back to car, someone had pulled up and lit their weed pipe right next to us. Then we saw two gals walk out of the gate and stood looking at our car then walked off to smoke after seeing us. I walked back inside, dropped off the room key card and told the gal we could not stay there. There are druggies wandering all over and we do not feel safe. Iâm not sure how this place had 7 stars!
