Dirty af, there were bugs and mildew in the shower. I showered with my sandals on! Half of the amenities that were listed weren't there! No pool, washer/dryer, iron, microwave, utensils, towels or even hand soap!!! Guy (Luis, I think) doesn't answer the phone when called and isn't very responsive. Honestly this was my first time using the app and I'll most likely be going back to hotel life after this experience.
