I had cockroaches and while we stayed you can hear guest yell at each other. I called the office repeatedly because we were out of soap and the floors were dirty. Towels had stuff on it. The office is stingy on additional towels too. I’ll never stay there again. I showed the office the pics too and they could care less. Taylor has an attitude.

Thee WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms they advertise isn’t what you get. I showed the lady at the front desk what I THOUGHT I was getting and she said “well maybe you shouldn’t believe everything you see online.” I booked the room for two nights it wasn’t til the last night at 12am that they decided to move us to a better room. Waste a money. Never booking here again.
