I found this hotel convenient right across from Amtrak train station and across the street from Old Sacramento tourist area with Joe's Crab Shack on the river with the golden bridge view. I'll be staying here again for my weekends of warmth out of cold San Francisco.

This hotel is a great deal and excellent location, being across the freeway from Old Town and right in the center of things. The parking is free (the $600/night Embassy across the road charges $50 for parking). The continental breakfast was surprisingly tasty. I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
