It's a hidden gem that puts you within stumbling distance of the incredible Golden One Center and convention center. You'll be surrounded by hip coffee joints, mouthwatering eateries, and bars. Welcome to your urban adventure headquarters!

The Space:
Recently Remodeled | Free WiFi | In The Heart of Downtown Sacramento

Great for a small getaway with close-knit friends and family, this house's completely remodeled interior features, brand new bathroom, and a historic-yet-luxury feel that'll have you feeling right at home in Sacramento! You'll be in a private unit within a larger fourplex building.

This place is located on the tree line of Downtown Sacramento. The home was built in 1926 and has the original foyer staircase. Everything has be remodeled quite tastefully.

The unit is located on the second floor of a multifamily building.

INTERIOR: 1 Smart TV with all major streaming apps like Netflix & Hulu, open-concept living area, and large family-style dining table

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ granite counters, breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, toaster, cooking basics, knife set

OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious backyard for plenty of activities

GENERAL: Linens/towels, central heat and AC, and complimentary toiletries

PARKING
Street parking - not a busy street so parking is readily available right outside the home. Be aware of street cleaning on Mondays and Tuesdays. Street cleaning signs apply to everyone. The home-side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM and the opposite side of the street has street cleaning on Monday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Guest Access:
Digital door locks are programed with unique access codes for every guest.

Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.

The Neighborhood:
Our charming neighborhood is walking distance to multiple coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Pickup an electric scooter or electric bike around the neighborhood and enjoy a ride around town. Ride through our state capitol, have a picnic at one of our 28 parks, or enjoy sunset ride back from dinner at one of our many award-winning restaurants.

Please note there is an abandoned building next door that is boarded up. Rest assured, this building is vacant and does not have homeless people living inside. The neighborhood is safe and the property is surrounded by cameras.

- 1.9 miles away from Sutter Health Park, new home of the Athletics

Other Things to Note:
PARKING: No parking permits will be provided so guests still do have to abide by street parking signs. The neighborhood is not often monitored by parking enforcement so guests never have trouble leaving their cars passed the 1 hour parking limit.

We do not accept pets.

Early check-ins are available per request for a small $85 fee! Ask for availability first!

Late check-outs will be charged an additional $85.

Great property

This is a beautiful condo and a good location. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown but without the noise. The property was exactly as described. Super clean and well appointed with cookware, dishes, etc. Internet was strong. The host was extremely responsive and super helpful. Parking was on the street and good for a smalll car. Would be more difficult with a larger vehicle. We would stay here again.

I would say overall the apartment was good and it was pretty much a nice area n location. However personally I had issues with the fact that the sheets didn't smell clean.There was hair on the bed and no it was not mine and the Snacks on the coffee table were expired. When I let the host know the only thing that was stated was "Rest assure the apartment was clean the Wednesday before you arrived" I arrived on Friday of that week. I wasn't given any accommodation only if there was anything I needed to let him know. I wasn't offered clean sheets or even get an apology for the mishaps. The fact that the Snacks were expired, smell n hair on the bed is what had me concern if in fact the apartment was inspected . Or it Could of honestly been that it wasn't rented in a bit so it seem cleanđŸ€” hard telling not knowing. Otherwise we made it through the weekend.

Quick get away

Location was perfect to get around town. The house was very cute and cozy. We loved the decorations! The host stayed in contact with us every step of the way. Very easy process to book, stay and leave. We walked the neighborhood and really loved the older homes and beautiful history it had. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area. Plus parking was not an issue at all.

A wonderful location

We visited sacremento specifically for the cancer hospital. This home was a 6min drive from the hospital which allowed us to save time on our commute. Since this was a last minute trip we arrived a lot earlier than expected. The owner was so kind to accommodate us checking in early to leave our things and go to hospital. The place is very clean and located on a beautiful street. I would come back as well as recommend this to anyone visiting! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice weekend in Sac

Four days in Sacramento for an event in the downtown area. This apartment was close by, clean, and spacious and worked well for our family. I enjoyed relaxing and doing my hobbies in the kitchen area while they were out. Had everything we needed. No complaints.

Home away from Home

What a lovely apartment! Spacious, clean, bright and big! The communication was better than any VRBO I have ever experienced, from checking in on us, to suggesting great places to eat, also very quick responses. The check in process was easy. Comfy beds and pillows as well, which is a big one for me. Great convenient location!

The inside of the property was very warm and welcoming. It did unfortunately lacked and extra supplies for certain things like dish soap for doing dishes. But thankfully the place was about a 10-15 minute walk away from grocery shops or local restaurants as well as the Sacramento Convention center, cheaper than one of the close by hotels if you don't mind the walk. I highly recommend this location for those with a hidden gem of a location.
