An elevator goes to the second floor, but half the rooms are not accessible by elevator. One has to ride up to 2; then down a stairway to 1; then up another stairway to 2. I understand that the configuration of this old building does not accommodate an elevator to all the second floor rooms; however, that she be made clear in Orbitz' dscription of the hotel."

Rude, helpless guy at reception, first let me wait 10 mins as he was CHATTING to another guest without any eye contact or saying anything to me. Then he tried another 5 mins to refund it via the non working card. My card worked before and after every time. I had to look for another hotel. My prepayment was not refunded as promised.
