Design: modern and functional.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room).

Kitchen and living room: modern open-plan kitchen that opens onto the living-dining room for added convenience.

Bathrooms and amenities: 2 full bathrooms and a toilet; it also has a large dressing room.

Outdoor and leisure: patio for having coffee or enjoying the outdoors, large terrace with sofa, sun loungers, table, and barbecue. The property has a large communal pool with sea views.

Accessibility and safety: there are stairs in different areas; not ideal for people with reduced mobility. The upper terrace requires constant supervision for the safety of children.

Public transportation is limited.
