The house is distributed: Ground floor, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and patio-terrace. Upper floor, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite) and terrace. The urbanization has two community pools and a huge garden. Swimming pool open in summer (Ask for opening and closing dates of the pool) The water, electricity, internet and community bills will be borne by the tenant for long winter stays.
