Refrigerator was outdated and took 24 hours to get to safe temperature, ice maker didnt work after spitting out one tray of very contaminated ice cubes. Television stations very limited ( Dish Satillite network. Wifi needed to be refreshed constantly. Had to make the bed myself after having to return old linens in order to get new set. Toilet leaked at valve . Refrigerator was also very loud.

Our stay was great however the room, 131, had bed bugs. Ive never had bed bugs at a hotel before. Thier bites are so painful and gross that even though my stay was wonderful. I will probably never book this hotel again.

The lobby entrance smelled as if someone was smoking marijuana. The fire alarm went off, had to leave the room, but NO staff said what happened when asked. Above the check in area was holes in the ceiling. Not a very good hotel for the stay. Will not stay here again.
