Multiple calls to front desk by myself and other guests regarding unruly guests. The solution was to move my room at 2am. When I spoke with the manager about this option, I said if I am the one forced to move I will not be paying for the stay. He agreed and came hisself and moved my room. At checkout, I was informed I would only be given a partial discount on the stay.

This has to be the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and I travel a lot! I was even told I got a room upgrade, with stained floors, dirty hallways, cold buffet...just the worst! What good I will say is the staff at your front desk and in the restaurant were amazing, but your hotel needs a massive facelift and to cleaned!!!!! You havee some nevre charging what I paid...hotels for 'pros' look better! I was so glad I brought my own pillow cases. Just nasty!
