Honestly my stay at crowne plaza was nowhere near satisfactory, the shower wasnt cleaned mold and mildew all over the bottom of the shower and i have pictures to prove that. No body wash in the shower and when asked for it at the front desk they say theyl send it up, upwards of 2 hours later still no body wash for the shower until i went all the way back down to the lobby. Charged a substantial early check in fee for just a couple hours which was crazy when the guy in front of me got it for free thats the only reason i asked for it. Overall poor service, and poor hygeine by the cleaning staff. I gotta say i wont be staying at crowne plaza toronto airport again unless the situation is fixed. From my experience crowne properties are usually very well maintained, someone is dropping the ball here
