Room was very small and we were given a room that did not have a window. It had a door that was coated with a film so we could not see out of and it was locked. Did not like the room as I prefer to have a window so I can see outside. Not impressed and will not stay at this hotel again.

The shuttle bus is too infrequent. The hotel a/c heating unit is too noisy. I would not describe this as an airport hotel. It is a hotel near an airport with shuttle service.

Waited almost two hours to check in , never in my life have I seen a line up that big ! It doesn’t matter that it’s valentine day , should never take two hours to check in , was terrible, and ask to check out later as we didn’t even get to enjoy the stay and was told they can’t as well , couldn’t really make up for the 2 hour wait, couldn’t even give free parking for the wait it was terrible would never stay here again

Yes we felt neglected. Stops Outside at the airport for 1.5 hours. We tried and tried to call the hotel at the number they gave us and nobody answered. We got to the hotel and it was noisy with doors closing and rowdy behaviour until 2 am.
