It’s not a great experience because first they asked for extra parking fees there’s for $30 for one day parking and because we checked in at 2 o’clock at night so I don’t think so, its valid and also the room is so small even though we paid extra for the runway view, but the runway was like too far from the room and it is not even visible so I don’t know for what they’re charging this much amount and for that smaller room like there is no enough space and there is no microwave in the room, not happy with this experience.

Do an airport hotel, it was suitable. The hotel has been updated to a more modern look and feel. The gym equipment was adequate but some of the mats were on the « beaten up » side. The shampoo was empty for the three nights. I forgot to mention it to the staff because we were pretty busy but it never got noticed. I had to pry it out and do a water down shampoo.

Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was nice, although a bit tiny but fine. We were assigned the “quiet floor” but our room was right in front of the elevators so it wasn’t quiet at all. Welcome team was very friendly and professional. The only thing I didn't like, the airport shuttle took forever and I called the hotel numerous times to request assistance but no one answered.

The staff were very accommodating at letting me check in early, as well as a late check out. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room service was also great. The food was delivered quick, was hot and very tasty 😋 I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!
