Bathtub wouldn’t drain unless you held the drain lever in a certain position. Made taking a shower pretty difficult. Asked the hotel staff to have it fixed. Wasn’t ever done.

Radisson is quite literally dead to me after this - I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but never one that refused to give me the room I already paid for. After a 4-hour flight delay (no chance to call mid-air), we arrived at the Radisson around 2 AM. I handed over my info to the lone night clerk, who doesn’t say a word but starts clicking away. After a few minutes of literal silence, I asked if there was a problem. That’s when he hit me with: “It’s past midnight. I can’t give you a room because the system won’t let me issue a key.” Umm… okay? I will just book a new room and sort it out in the morning, right? Wrong. This man looks at me and has the audacity to point me in the direction of a sign that says check-in is at 3 PM. Cool—then just give me the room I already paid for? NOPE. At this point, I’m exhausted, sobbing, and realizing that nothing in this city is open past like 6 PM. But don't worry everyone, this man “helpfully” sent us to his so-called sister hotel, which was clearly his buddy’s roach motel (they were on the phone the whole time). This place was disgusting. Baby roaches crawling out of the outlet. And the best part? They kindly worked out a deal just for me, this roach-infested motel will only charge me the exact same Radisson rate ... And to add salt to the wound, I called Radisson to see if they could figure out what this clerk couldn’t, but they hung up on me. Twice. We thought this property looked unique and we decided to book a room. Upon arriving after 6:00 PM, checked in, partially unpacked and then discovered the toilet did not flush. Called front desk and the young man who was very polite, said he did not have another person there to come see if they could fix, he said the maintenance room was locked and he could not find the key, thinks that's where the plunger is/was. He said he would keep looking and call me in 5-10 minutes. He called to offer us another room because he could not get into maintenance room. We moved down the hall and all was ok. The following morning we went down to get coffee, before 9:00 AM and was told by another young man they were out of coffee. It was apparently his job to watch over the free breakfast area but he allowed the coffee to run out. We had a reservation on the airport shuttle at 9:30 and asked if we could just go at 9:00, that was not possible because we were the ONLY reservation they had for the shuttle (their shuttle/their vehicle!) and that it had to be 9:30 unless they shuttle showed up early(?). We took an UBER to the airport. Overall this doesn't appear to be a well managed/owned Radisson and will effect our decision to not book at Radisson in the future. It's not the fault of the employees, they seemed polite but were not led well.

The rooms need updating! First room had a strong burning smell when AC turned on. They did gladly move us to a different room. Breakfast options were poor and had to wait for coffee several minutes?

Great staff, needs a spending the hotel

Moved room twice. First loud water running noise, second loud air con rattling, third was ok. Hotel staff really amazing. Polite and helpful. Breakfast option bought and confusion over that first morning. But then nice breakfast, fantastic omelette. Staff make the hotel but Radisson need to spend some money here and it’d be excellent.

This was far from what the photos indicate. The hoptel is old and I had to request a room change immediately. The gym lacked the basics. The internet connection is outdated. the room phone did not work. Had to reboot the TV 3 times. Just not what I expected. It needs some seriousl attention.
