Hotel pessimo

Fiquei muito decepcionada . Quando cheguei no hotel , a recepcionista mal olha pra vc , chegou um funcionario me acompanhou sem falar nada para o quarto , abriu a porta do quarto, o mesmo sem seguranca o quarto não tem ventilação adequada , roupa de cama nao estava limpa , e moveis do quarto estavam sujos . Questinei que nao era aquele quarto que tinha fechado ele informou que estavam todos lotados e so tinha aquele . Acho que agem de má fe porque nao temos reembolso . Nao recomendo pra ninguém . So fiquei 20 minutos o tempo de fazer outra reserva em outro hotel e pegar o uber
