Localização excelente. Ideal para quem viaja com a família e quer tranquilidade e comodidade.

O apartamento é bastante amplo e arejado. Com ótima visão da praia e uma excelente brisa do mar. Basta apenas descer a rua para chegar até a praia da Armação/Jardim de Alah. Para quem gosta de se exercitar, sentir o Sol da manhã e tomar uma água de côco, não há nada melhor. A localização é excelente, próxima de supermercados, bancos, academias, petshop, estando apenas há 10 minutos do Salvador Shopping, 15 minutos do farol da Barra e 20 minutos do Pelourinho e Mercado Modelo. Excelente para viajar em família ou em grupo, inclusive com animal de estimação de pequeno porte. O edifício não conta com porteiro diurno, porém o zelador que cuida de tudo durante o dia é extremamente educado e atencioso. Local bastante familiar, os moradores do edifício são educados e agradáveis. O apartamento é muito bem equipado com todos os móveis, artigos de cama, mesa e banho, além dos eletrodomésticos básicos necessários para uma boa estadia. Apenas pequenos pontos a relatar: A necessidade de manutenção dos armários da cozinha, inclusive em suas portas que estão folgadas. Também a ausência de wi-fi que dificulta um pouco a experiência do cotidiano, sobretudo para quem não se hospeda exclusivamente para Turismo. Para quem se hospeda para uma temporada mais longa ou estando a trabalho, a ausência do wi-fi faz bastante diferença. Mas são apenas pequenos detalhes que são facilmente resolvidos, nada que desabone a excelente experiência de se hospedar no local. Além disso, a proprietária, Sra. Fabiana é extremamente atenciosa e educada. Sendo uma experiência muito agradável tratar dos detalhes da hospedagem com ela, tendo em vista seu retorno imediato aos contatos feitos e com sua linguagem muito objetiva retira todas as dúvidas com grande agilidade. Tive uma excelente hospedagem. Por isso, recomendo muito.
