Embora seja uma Pousada de charme esperava mais.

A Refúgio da Vila está no Roteiro de Charme do Nordeste e não sei se por conhecermos outras pousadas desse estilo em Alagoas e Pernambuco esperávamos um pouco mais. A área comum da pousada é muito bonita, agradável e bem cuidada, já o quarto (pelo menos o que ficamos na área interna) não tem charme, é comum, a cama muito boa e o banheiro adequado. O Wifi no hotel é gratuito, mas não funcionava direito no nosso quarto. A localização é excelente e tem a facilidade da garagem para quem está de carro e o empréstimo de bicicletas para um passeio pela vila (recomendo). O ambiente da piscina é muito agradável e amplo, mas o spa estava quebrado. A pousada também oferece um chá da tarde, mas somente às quartas (meio) e sábados. O ambiente estava sempre higienizado e limpo e o café da manhã é muito bom, mesmo com as restrições da pandemia. Achamos que o atendimento de alguns funcionários pode melhorar, mas o pessoal que nos atendeu na piscina e no café da manhã foram ótimos. É uma ótima pousada, mas faltou um pouco mais charme.

Decepcionante

O check-in estava previsto para as 15:00, porém somente nos disponibilizaram um quarto as 17:00. A gerência foi comunicada e houve grande descaso. Alegaram que o hotel estava cheio, aliado ao fato de muitas camareiras estarem de folga, sendo assim, não poderiam fazer nada. No dia seguinte, solicitamos a manutenção para reparo no cofre, o que levou quase duas horas para o pessoal de suporte chegar ao meu quarto. A alegação foi a mesma, falta de pessoal disponível. O que mais me deixou com uma impressão bem negativa, foi o fato de em nenhum momento sermos compensados por isso, ou mesmo um recebido um pedido de desculpas.
