Ar condicionado em uma suite

Possui ar condicionado só em uma suite. Como tem duas achei que tinha nas duas... Já tem a preparação para condicionador de ar na outra suite/quarto e sala, mas não tem o aparelho. Sugiro seja colocado. Fica muito desconfortável sem essa comodidade. Outra observação se refere à limpeza, sugiro ao proprietário que acompanhe esse item, pois tinha restos de alimento nos armários (com odor desagradável), muita sujeira, em especial embaixo das camas. No mais, tá ok. Boa localização, cortesia do pessoal de serviço, tranquilidade, boa organização do condomínio, proprietário e encarregados muito gentis. São apenas sugestões de melhora, a estada foi agradável.

Boa estadia , condominio agradável de boa localização .

O apartamento é bom , bem equipado , a area externa do condominio muito agradável , piscina grande , muito bom para crianças . Vale a pena a estadia . Pontos negativos : o apartamento é um pouco quente , só tem ar condicionado na suite , a sala faz muito calor mesmo com o ventilador de teto . Achei a limpeza do imovel na chegada muito ruim , tive que passar pano na casa toda , o chão parecia q não tinha sido varrido , muita poeira atras das coisas e de baixo das camas .
