The apartment is introduced by a long courtyard and a small veranda furnished with a sofa and outdoor armchairs, to spend pleasant evenings outdoors during your summer stay in your vacation home in Salento. An additional outdoor space is located at the back, equipped with table and chairs, deck chairs and umbrella.
The interior of the vacation apartment for rent in Lido Marini opens with a large living room with dining room, open kitchen equipped with electric oven and with microwave, single sofa bed, air conditioning and TV. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including two double bedrooms and a single. A bathroom complete with shower completes the interior.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Ceiling paddle just in the single bedroom.
