apartments for 4 guests and triple rooms. The units are equipped with air conditioning. The crib is available upon request, with additional charge.

Maresidence is in Torre Pali, lovely seaside location on the Ionian sea, in Salento. The complex is 100 meters away from the beach with the old tower that emerges from the sea. In Torre Pali there are the main commercial amenities.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of towels and bed linen, each 3 days.
- Tidying up of accommodation, for day.
- Breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
