I was not informed before booking that the hotel was remodeling/construction; hot tub not working; ice machine broken on my floor; would not accept cash at check in. Room was average. Breakfast was very good.

Due to extremely bad weather circumstances beyond my control, I was allowed to check in after arriving at the airport at 3:30am and my check out time was extended until 2pm. This allowed ample time to rest and wait for my luggage to be delivered by airport.

Sofa dirty with big stains, bathroom door nob (handle falling off), a/c unit real noisy

The key would not work. Had to go down to the front desk three times for re-keying.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was afraid that she charged me twice and told me to call back if that was the case. It was in fact the case and when I asked for a refund for the second night that I did not stay. the front desk lady was rude and said to take it up with my bank. They clearly knew at first that they may have made a mistake but did not want to honor that when I called back.

Nice but fridge issues

It appeared clean. I had bought some food for the morning and opened the fridge to some unpleasant smells and found that the inside was not cool.
