Villa Isla is a spectacular newly built single-storey villa or chalet, where you can enjoy comfort and quality with its private heated pool (7m x 3.5m). It is located in a modern complex with a golf course and just 8 minutes from Maspalomas beach. It is strategically oriented to the west, thus enjoying more hours of sunshine and privileged views of the sea.



This beautiful house with its own style, consists of two bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with a double bed, smart TV and private bathroom with shower, which through its large sliding doors, access the large terrace that allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the golf course, the sea and the mountains. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.



On the other hand, there is a modern living room with a comfortable sofa, smart-TV, dining table and integrated kitchen with all the necessary utensils, including a dishwasher.



This fantastic private villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe, barbecue and everything necessary for the guest to feel as comfortable as at home.



The interior of the villa is designed with a modern and original interior design, which combines in perfect harmony, with an open space and large windows to allow natural light to enter.



The exterior stands out for its fabulous private heated pool (7 x 3.4 x 1.4 m), surrounded by artificial grass, a Balinese bed and comfortable sun loungers. In addition, it houses a relaxing outdoor dining area with a table for 6 people, outdoor sofas and a gas barbecue (extra cost per use of 85€ that includes 1 gas cylinder).



The heated pool has an extra charge of 45€/day, maximum 27 ºC.



This property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.



There is one cot and one high chair available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. The cot and high chair will be provided only on request with additional cost of 80€.



The complex has a golf course (we offer special prices), private security 24 hours with security control at the entrance, children's entertainment area, supermarket and several restaurants.
