Great villa for eight people located in Sonneland, Maspalomas, south of Gran Canaria. Built with good materials and perfect finish. Highlights its large garden area with the pool.
It has four double rooms, all with television, and three bathrooms, one en suite. With three rooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor, especially for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.
It is spacious, very bright and with minimalist decoration. This villa has everything you need to spend unforgettable days on the island. A few kilometers away there is a leisure area, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and the fantastic protected area of the Maspalomas Dunes.
It has four double rooms, all with television, and three bathrooms, one en suite. With three rooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor, especially for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

annonce tapageuse
malgré un accueil très correct à notre arrivée , la vie sur les lieux est plutôt décevante et ne correspond pas au prix de la prestation .
sur 6 nuits passées,et malgré la présence de l'homme d'entretien( pas spécialement agréable pour passer des vacances ,mais il assurait également le remplissage de la piscine qui se vide chaque jour à vue d’œil) nous n'avons jamais pu avoir de l'eau chaude le matin ,tant pour la douche qu'au robinet.
la vaisselle est limitée, en matière de bols ou autres petits saladiers , il y a bien un four, mais pas de plat allant au four.
les toilettes du bas fonctionnent très moyennement .
la nappe est trouée et brulée.
la literie est moyenne, et les lampes de chevet des photos partiellement présentes dans les chambres
heureusement le linge de toilette est agréable
