Tres bonne adresse. Nous reviendrons

Séjour de 16 jours à 4 adultes. Appartement nickel et trÚs fonctionnel. Les propriétaires trÚs sympa et disponibles. Bien situé, proche d'un super marché (Mercadona) à 3mn à pied et proche de l'autoroute qui dessert tout le sud de l'ßle et remonte jusqu'au nord. Calme la journée et le soir. Nous avons vraiment apprécier notre séjour dans ce logement.

We spent two months "hibernating" in Maspalomas and stayed in Las Velas 08 with 2 adults from December to February, during which time we also had a third guest visiting for a while. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in a large, gated residential complex, a 5-minute walk from a good supermarket (Mercadona) and a 15-minute walk from Meloneras beach. It's also just a 3-minute walk from a bus stop for line 1 (Mogan – Las Palmas). Many Spanish families also live in the complex. Most of the streets in the complex are car-free and are cleaned daily by friendly workers.The house itself is fine and practically furnished in a classic style (as shown in the photos), was very clean, and had all the necessary equipment (even a handy vacuum cleaner). Teresa and Juan Carlos welcomed us warmly upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour with the necessary explanations. Communication with them was very smooth, and they were also very helpful. What we particularly enjoyed during our stay:-the ability to sit outside in privacy at both the front and back of the house,-the sunny and quiet location of the (unheated) swimming pool,-the garage for the car,-the fast Wi-Fi.We can 100% recommend the house and the owners and we will gladly return! Tip: There is an older smart TV (2016) that doesn't allow direct casting to Google Home. An HDMI cable we brought and our laptop solved that problem.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage in einem abgeschirmten Wohnpark. Man kann sich dort wirklich sicher fĂŒhlen.Ein Mercadona ist zu Fuß in fĂŒnf Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus bietet auch fĂŒr vier Personen ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was ein Selbstversorger benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber.Teresa und Juan Carlos sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Auf Grund familĂ€rer Probleme waren unsere Reisedaten etwas durcheinander geraten. Hier haben sich Teresa und Juan Carlos Ă€ußerst entgegenkommend gezeigt. Das war nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich. Die Kommunikation lief locker via Whatsapp.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Februar 2025 in Maspalomas

Positiv: Die Kommunikation mit dem HauseigentĂŒmer-Paar war vorwĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zielorientiert, schnellzuvorkommend. Die BegrĂŒssung Hausorientierung des EigentĂŒmers war mit Handy-Übersetzer problemlos und der bereitgestellte FrĂŒchtekorb ergaben zusammen mit dem Haus einen guten 1. Eindruck. Das Haus hatte fĂŒr uns 2 Erwachsene genĂŒgend Platz und war sehr funktional eingerichtet. Der zu Anfang fehlende Staubsauger wurde schnell beschafft und zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Der reservierte Parplatz in der Tiefgarage erĂŒbrigte die sonst mĂŒhsame Parkplatzsuche und der grosse Pool ermöglichte Baden und Relaxen auch weg vom Strand. Der in Fussdistanz gelegene Supermarkt, ermöglichte tĂ€glich fĂŒr wenig Geld frisches und gutes Brot zu kaufen. Die Feriensiedlung lag nur ca. 2km von der Autobahn-Einfahrt entfernt und trotzdem an einer ruhigen Lage. Beachtenswert: Da in der Siedlung auch Einheimische wohnen und die Kinder keinen Spielplatz im Resort haben, spielen sie halt auf der Strasse, an der die ReihenhĂ€user liegen. Dadurch hat man bis spĂ€testens ca. 22.00 Uhr Abends einen gewissen LĂ€rmpegel. Die vielen Hunde in der Siedlung hört man ebenfalls. Aber es gibt definierte Ruhezeiten die eingehalten werden. Die im Inserat erwĂ€hnte Meersicht konnten wir leider nicht geniessen, da in der Ferne befindliche schnellwachsende BĂ€ume diese verdeckten. Fazit: Wir können dieses Ferienhaus gerne empfehlen und wĂŒrden bei Bedarf wieder dort wohnen.

Sehr saubere und ruhige Wohnung

Die Vermieter hiessen uns herzlichst willkommen. Uns erwartete sogar ein FrĂŒchtekorb. Die Kommunikation war einfach und sofort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und enthielt alles, was wir fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigten. Zur Promenade/Strand ist es ein Fussweg von knapp 30 Minuten. Das ist einfacher, als einen Parkplatz zu suchen. Der Supermarkt ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und ausser Sonntags immer geöffnet. Herzlichen Dank fĂŒr die Ferienunterkunft! Gern wieder.

A very welcome break

Property was very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Sadly, because of Covid we had to cut our holiday short in order to return to UK. The owners were very understanding and even gave us a refund for the time we didn't use, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the TV which Juan Carlos tried very hard to put right but couldn't. We only had 1 English station, however Netflix worked perfectly. Also, the the advert shows the pool complete with sun loungers, but on arrival we learned that we we were not allowed to use them.. The owners were really helpful, they responded very quickly when contacted and it was probably the cleanest property we have ever rented. We would recommend this property to friends.

Corona Virus Adventure!

My son, his girlfriend, and I booked this lovely property for mid-March, 2020. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The property is in a great location, everything is exactly as promised in the online vrbo description, and it was very clean. In addition, the hosts were very considerate to provide their Whats App so that we could coordinate the arrival time with them and come straight from the airport and meet them and inspect the property, get a key, and get information about local happenings. There are wonderful beaches and shops and restaurants nearby, plus amazing hiking. After one week, however, the Spanish government closed the restaurants and beaches and enforced social isolation. We therefore decided to cut short the vacation and get back to Germany before the airports were closed. The property hosts were extremely understanding and even provided a large refund for the days that were not used. Let me say that this was very generous of them and money out of their pocket. These are wonderful, caring people and they wanted to make sure they did things the right way. I would recommend to anyone to stay with them and rent their property, and I really hope we have a chance to return soon and stay with them again!

Well-equipped and comfortable place to stay

The house is in a pleasant, quiet urbanisation . Plenty of clean towels provided, a generous fridge freezer and a large washing machine ... a very well-equipped house. The owners met us on arrival and made us welcome. The location is great . 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket. And a 20 minute walk to Playa Meloneras, where there’s a great choice of restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return 😊

Wir wurden sehr freundlich durch die Vermieter persönlich empfangen. Sie zeigten uns die Anlage und hatten Obst, Wasser, sowie Butter und Marmelade fĂŒr das erste FrĂŒstĂŒck bereitgestellt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer eignet es sich gut fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene Personen. Ein Mercadona-Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu den DĂŒnen von Maspalomas sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Beim Mercadona ist auch eine Bushaltestelle. Sollte man sich ein Auto mieten, steht ein Tiefgaragenstellpatz zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, Danke.

Very well equipped property

We stayed for 5 weeks from the beginning of November and it was our first visit to Gran Canaria. The property is in a gated community away from any hustle and bustle. However there is a large supermarket a 7 minute walk away and bus stops a 5 minute walk away. We did not hire a car. The property is very well equipped with everything from a cheese grater to pegs to plenty of coat hangers to towels, bed linen and out door seat covers. Anything not provided that you want you can ask for and it will be provided. We asked for a kettle and a bread knife and were provided with both. The free wifi is good and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun loungers. The water is cold - you have been warned! You will not have any cleaning service - you are expected to do it yourself - which is fine but some cleaning fluids could be provided. We would recommend the property especially if you plan on having a car.

Molto ospitale, servizi al top, compresa una cucina molto ben fornita di elettrodomestici.

Residence tranquillo, sicuro, incluso anche garage interno, bella piscina condominiale. Wi-Fi molto funzionale, anche canali televisivi, unico neo la mancanza di canali italiani. I proprietari Juan Carlos e Teresa sono gentilissimi e disponibili, sicuramente da consigliare agli amici.

This dublex was very nice and very peaceful area. We enjoy our holiday lot.

Hi, we were Maspalomas / Meloneras Hill two last weeks of March. In the Gran Canaria there were spring and it was like Finland summer. This dublex situated quite near all services. We rent a car from Cicar and it was very nice drive around the Gran Canaria. The dublex was for five people (four people can sleep very good). Everything else was good. Br Ritva and Mika for Finland

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhig gelegen.

Netter zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage auf dem Melloneras Hill ist Perfekt fĂŒr einen ruhigen Urlaub. Sehr gerne wieder.

SvÊrt hjelpsom hyggelig vert. SvÊrt godt utstyrt kjÞkken. Trygt med egen lÄst garasje, og adgangskort for Ä komme inn pÄ omrÄdet. Flott bassengomrÄde. Leiligheten er velholdt og flott med eget vaskerom. Kan absolutt anbefales. Vil feriere i samme omrÄde neste Är.
