Duplex Roca del Mar 7 is a fantastic property for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 on each floor, located in Playa del Aguila in the south of Gran Canaria. It also has a shared swimming pool, in a complex with a lot of sun and very quiet.

Holiday accommodation with 4 bedrooms, three with double bed and one with bunk bed. Two bedrooms are distributed in the main house, with air conditioning and the other two bedrooms are down a small staircase in the lower area (independent from the house, under the solarium) and do not have air conditioning (only fans) and are not recommended for the summer months (due to the excessive heat). Fully equipped kitchen, nice fixtures and fittings, and in a privilaged location; close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities.

Duplex Roca del Mar 7 is a special house decorated with a lot of traditional charm, and with all the comforts: washer, iron, toaster, dishwasher, and air conditioning in the living room and two of the four bedrooms. It even has a dining area in the terrace, where you can enjoy a family meal and then go for a swim in the communal swimming pool or at the beach.

The perfect location with restaurants, supermarkets and shops just a short walk away and with the beautiful beach of Playa del Aguila just 5 minutes’ walk. The beaches of San agustin and Las Burras are just a short drive away.

The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 4, if you want the 3rd and 4th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 7-8 people.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
One pet is allowed paying a 100€ fee per stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
