This nice and cosy property is distributed on 3 floors. With 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with double beds and the room with two single beds, it also has 3 bathrooms, two with shower and the third one with shower and bath in the main bedroom, it also has a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Villa Sonnenland Curie, located in a quiet residential area, has a large terrace where we can find a large private heated pool (with a supplement) of 8 x 3.5 meters with waterfall type jet, barbecue and solarium with hammocks to enjoy the sun.

This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a carefree stay such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, private parking, etc.

The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 4, if you want the 3rd and 4th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 7-8 people.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area. Therefore, parties, events, or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden. Music, especially outdoors, is not to be played from 22:00 to 08:00.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 1500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
One pet is allowed paying a fee of 100€ per stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
