This is our second time staying here. The hotel staff is really wonderful and they bent over backwards to make sure all of our requests and even last minute changes were met. The beds are probably the most comfortable i have ever slept in. So many little touches like wine time and doggie treats too. The downtown area is struggling with the element, but we are seeing that all over sadly.

Good hotel, not sure it’s worth the price

Property condition wasn’t the greatest. Tv cable was broken, towel hangar in the bathroom was ripped off the wall. No replacement TP so I ran out. Staff was great though. One other issue to keep in mind (not the hotels fault) is the train crossing is right near the hotel and the horn sound is constant all day/ night.

The hotel is nice overall. The cleaning staff did a great job. The rooms are modern. The overall staff is very good. The location is good except there is a large homeless population. They did not bother us, but it is definitely there...right outside of the hotel. Your heart just goes out to them, but it is a little scary at night. This is not a hotel problem, but a problem of the world.
