I upgraded my room to suite at highest floor they had ( 11 floor ) But it was crazy noise from 5:30 am because of street Train which disturbed our sleep , And we can not accept to see a hole in bed sheet in 5 star hotel

The hotel and staff were all fine. Five stars for cleanliness. Not too many services included - an additional charge for everything. Wi-Fi was for members only. Parking was $60/night. This may be the best Downtown has to offer. Location was great.
