Aldea Bamboo is an ecological accommodation project in the jungle of San Pancho, a few steps from the quietest and most private part of the beach. The beauty of nature, our natural architecture and the wellness services that we offer, create the propitious environment to relax and experience a healthier vacation, in harmony with the environment and in connection within oneself and with your partner.

We have beautiful private cabins made of bamboo (both structure and furniture). Built on top of a wooden deck raised from the ground, with a wide terrace overlooking the trees. They have all the necessary services so that you feel comfortable and safe enjoying the beauty of the jungle.

Each cabin has a queen size bed, comfortable armchair, dining table, closet, ecological toilet, equipped kitchenette, and the beautiful outdoor shower with a view of the jungle that will make you feel connected with the beauty of nature. Ideal for a couple of lovers.

To complement your wellness experience, we offer our healing services which will help you feel full and complete. Our specialty is the Traditional Healing with Hands, deep healing that with subtle movement balances the physical, energetic and emotional body; integrating Osteopathy and Craniosacral with Traditional Mexican and Chinese Medicine.

Honeymoon in the jungle

Thank you Jaime for hosting us for our honeymoon! We stayed for 7 nights in September. The cabin was beautiful and the outdoor shower was amazing! We were looking for something unique and definitely found it. September is very hot and humid in San Pancho so having no A/C was a challenge, however we were able to enjoy the jungle and most nights the cabin would cool to a comfortable temperature. Jaime was very responsive and helpful to any requests we made. Would certainly come back and recommend this lodge to anyone who wants to add more adventure to their trip.

It was a good "nature" cabin but not as clean and neat as the photos showed.

Just a little disappointed about the key not being located (it wasn't where is was supposed to be) we had to search for someone to find us a key. It cleared said "breakfast provided" but when I wrote the owner he said "It's not included but I can try to reach our cook to prepare something for Thursday morning" Also, the water went out for a period of time and the bathroom light burned out our last night. But all and all it was a okay place but overpriced for what you get.

So relaxing 😌

In the jungle with the ocean close enough to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. We slept so well! The bamboo house is simple, beautiful, and airy. I enjoyed opening all of the doors and windows and relaxing on deck. The owner is an architect so it was cool to see how he completely handcrafted every detail to align with nature. It has all of the ammentities you need and short walk to the beach. Close to town but the perfect distance away. Jaime the owner also provides services like energy healing, massages, sweat lodge, and more. He is truly gifted. Between my spouse and I, we did 3 rounds of craniosacral therapy/ energy healing. Seriously - try it. He is gifted and it works. Thanks Jaime! ✨️🌴💓🕉🌿🔥🌊🌈🌞🌙

Very Rustic

Very disappointed to say the least. Good for a camper. The advertisement was not Explicit and Deceitful. Did not explain the musty order of the room (made my wife sick); did not explain the non-flush toilet (hole in the ground) we could not use the toilet- suppose to flush with pellets; path to the unit was unsafe (I slipped and fell on the gravel) one of the steps was gone. Advertised free breakfast - there was none. Code for gate to get in did not work (had to wait for 20+ minutes. Waited for employee to come and use her code. Advertised 45minutes from PV- over an hour.+. Could not even spend the first night. Had to return home in PV. Price we paid was higher than advertised. Believe that should be enough for a total refund.

Es un lugar muy agradable y romántico. La cabaña 3, la nuestra, tenía muy buena privacidad y estuvimos muy a gusto. Sin embargo, creo que deberían aclarar antes de reservar que - el escusado es con un sistema de aserrín y una cubeta, no el tradicional con agua. Además, es sumamente pequeño, incómodo para una persona alta o grande. - El wifi era muy débil en la cabaña y no había señal de celular (no es un problema, pero sería bueno saberlo antes). - hay ruidos de animales en la noche en la cabaña y que se meten a la cocina a buscar comida (aunque no la hayamos dejado afuera) y que con sólo hacer un ruido en la pared se asustan y se van. Esto nos hubiera ahorrado varios sustos y malas noches (sin mencionar que el colchón es muy duro). Por otro lado, nos hubiera gustado que ellos nos hubieran contactado directamente para darnos todas las instrucciones de cómo llegar y entrar al establecimiento, en lugar de nosotros tener que buscar cómo se llama el lugar, el número de contacto y después contactarlos. El trato de José fue excepcional y nos hizo la visita mucho más agradable desde el primer momento que lo conocimos. El desayuno que prepara es delicioso. Recomendable si se toman en cuenta los puntos anteriores

What an amazing experience, thank you SO much!

We highly recommend the Aldea Bamboo Holistic Jungle Eco Lodge! Jaime is a very accommodating and friendly host. Jaime helped arrange transportation from the Porto Vallarta airport to his location (and back), and he gave us great recommendations for dinner and entertainment in San Poncho. We enjoyed the natural landscapes, the close proximity to the private beach, the outdoor shower, and the amazing wrap-around deck. This place is truly magical, and it was just what we needed to rest, rejuvenate, and un-plug from our busy lives. We highly recommend this housing option for someone that is looking for a quiet, peaceful, naturally beautiful, and unique experience. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you!
