Not as Advertised

Booked to stay in Casa dei Potenti based on location, pictures of facities and reviews Was very disappointed as we were taken to another building a couple if minutes walk away No explanation was given. Website advertised a 24 hour reception However when I contacted them to enquire if there would be somebody in reception from 8.30 am to give our bags to a Bag Transfer Company I was advised that it would depend on availability !

Lovely hotel, but disappointing service.

Hotel in a lovely area of town. However, the Receptionist seemed to have no record of our booking (although paid in advance). It took an hour of waiting at Reception until the issue was resolved. The room was not the one advertised in the photograph.

Exellent communicarion with host, check in process was easy and fast, room was super spacious, comfortable bed, window to main plaza, super clean. Loved it.

Très bel emplacement, confort limite

Au coeur du village, avec vue sur les tours, cet hôtel est très bien placé. Niveau confort, les sanitaires sont d'époque, avec comme très mauvaise idée de laisser une fenêtre au dessus de la porte. Ainsi, toute la nuit, la lumière du couloir n'est pas agréable pour ceux qui veulent s'endormir. Mais heureusement, l'accueil remarquable de Maurizio, avec tous ses précieux conseils. compense ces menus désagréments.

La camera è situata proprio di fianco al duomo in un edificio storico ristrutturato. Ottima l'ospitalità del gestore e il confort della camera. Controllate sempre la prenotazione perchè Hotels non invia al gestore le rechieste.

Location nel centro di San Gimignano. Un palazzo storico ristrutturato da poco. Il titolare simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo a elargire storie e consigli preziosissimi su cose da visitare nel centro e nei dintorni. Locali puliti.

Prenotando 2 notti tramite Hotels.com mi sono trovato all'hotel che non avevano ricevuto la prenotaziuone ed hanno potuto farmi pernottare solo per una notte. il disagio è stato notevole, anche se il gentile gestore si è preoccupato di rimborsarmi la seconda notte e ha cercato di trovare una soluzione alternativa. hotel in ottima zona e ben curato

Pied à terre idéal.

C'est juste parfait ! Au pied des tours, plein centre historique San Gimignano, très belle bâtisse, chambre hors du temps extrêmement plaisante, confortable et agréable. Un chouya d'insonorisation à déplorer peut-être mais rien de grave, vraiment... Le rapport qualité-prix est juste excellent ! Bravo !
