La Macina San Gimignano View Apartment

La Macina is part of a delightful stone village set on a knoll, characterized by a breathtaking view over San Gimignano and its famous medieval towers.

Its location is ideal because it allows living the best of the Tuscan countryside, with its wonderful sunsets, yet being only three km away from the town and its comforts.

La Macina is entirely developed on the ground floor.

The entrance leads to the day area, composed of a cozy living room with a fireplace, satellite tv, two armchairs and a comfortable sofa bed for one person.

The kitchen area is accessed by walking through a charming arch. There, guests will find a big wooden table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, oven, gas hob, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.

The hallway leads to the two bedrooms.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and two panoramic windows overlooking the towers of San Gimignano and the swimming pool. The second bedroom is provided with two separate single beds, that can be turned into a double bed on request, a desk and a wardrobe with a full mirror.

The apartment has two bathrooms.

One is complete with sink, w.c., bidet, bathtub with shower, and washing machine. The other one features w.c., sink, bidet and shower.

La Macina\'s guests can also enjoy a small private garden furnished with table and chairs, perfect to have al fresco meals or just enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

The swimming pool is in a great panoramic location overlooking the towers and it\'s shared. Guests have at their disposal one table with parasol and two sunbeds.
