"This hotel is absolutely amazing! Our room had a small but lovely view of the Santiago Monument, which was a nice touch. The pool area is small but charming—perfectly fitting for a boutique hotel. One of the highlights is the rooftop, which features a restaurant, a rooftop bar, and even a cigar lounge. What we loved most is that everything looked exactly like the pictures online—no surprises, just as advertised. We included breakfast with our stay, and it was the best decision. The food was excellent, with both buffet and à la carte options available. The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is another big plus—centrally located and within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend! "
