"The staff was so kind and helpful especially Moses and Joshua. The rooms were big and clean and the beds were super comfortable. But the best part were all of the monkeys that seemed to show up every night at happy hour. Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel has amazing grounds and nature all around. The thermal pools were also amazing. The room was super clean and the restaurant and bar were wonderful. It is conveniently located to the town as well as the activities pretty much everything was about 10 mins away"

"The property itself was beautiful with well-maintained landscaping and cultural murals. The staff were kind, easily approachable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms, while a bit dated, were highly- functional with the added benefit of a fully complete kitchen and stackable washer and dryer (which you have to supply the dish and laundry soap). The only downside was that the floors were quickly dirty and that the hot shower was rather lukewarm which I suspect is more cultural. Again, I would easily recommend this hotel and would readily return. "

"The most wonderful hotel experience thus far in 55 years in life and travel. Gorgeous ocean views, wonderful, friendly staff ready to help in any way. Really reasonable prices for this ultimate tropical experience. Wildlife everywhere meets elegance at its finest. Bucket list must. "
