Where do I start!! The staff was very nice and the AC and hot water worked so there is that. Now for the not so good part. 1st - multiple vehicles were broken into with windows busted out. 2nd - the carpet in the room and the bathroom floor was dirty and sticky, my feet were black from walking on them 3rd - the AC was leaking all down the wall and onto the carpet. The whole floor was wet by the closet and one of the beds which was giving off a mildew smell. 4th - the grounds and the inside is not maintained well at all.

First day when we arrived there was no hot water, had to take a shower in very cold water. Per check in person they were working on and should have hot ater soon that same day. Hot water did not arrived maybe Friday afternoon. I asked if they would offer any discount on thursday 3/14 due to the hot water but he said "NO" was tempted to leave to another location but was tired from walking all day at San Antonio downtown and the 3 hours drive plus the hour drive in traffic. That was the only negative review i have on this location. Breakfast was good.

Arrived at hotel after 14 hours on the road only to be told there was no hot water and they did not know went it would be fixed. Asked about another Comfort Inn in the area. Desk staff person connected us by phone to another Comfort Inn 4 miles away that said they had a room. Told the second hotel we were on our way and to hold the room.. Back tracked the 4 miles to the second hotel only to be told they did not have a room. Found another hotel chain finally to get a room for the night.

The hotel was pretty dirty from the elevators to the room. Our room had musty smells. The bathroom seemed to have been cleaned in a rush and the shower curtain had some gross stains that were either mud or blood. We took our son to the indoor pool, the reason we picked this hotel since the weather is still cold, but our key card didn't work. When we finally got in with the help of a family that was leaving, we saw that the light switch had to have tape on it to keep the lights on. The pool was cold and the chemicals were so strong, my son's swimming trunks changed color. He had a sore throat after swimming for a few minutes. We had to take him back to the room to shower immediately. The next day, the breakfast room was closed off until 7:30. We were in a hurry and had to be somewhere, so we had to ask the front desk what time was breakfast after waiting for 30 minutes. The food was already there, the room just had not been opened. The eggs and sausage were cold and just sealed the deal for us. Sadly, we won't be staying here again.
