This aparthotel is an elegant beachfront property with a heated pool, a wellness and fitness centre. Each apartment has large and deep terraces.

Some units are specially made with spaces and services accessible to disabled people in wheelchairs.

Our elegant two-room flat is ideal for up to 4 guests. It is on the second floor with lift. It consists of a living room with an open well-equipped kitchen, 1 single sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom and a terrace. The interiors are stylish and clean and they are furnished with every amenity you need including a/c, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and drying rack.

Check-in: apartments and parking spaces are available from 16:00 to 21:00

Check-out: no later than 10:00.

Services included:
- Reception
- Daily cleaning: from 09:00 to 13:00. (except stoves)
- 1 change per stay is provided for towels and bed linen every 5 nights.
- Swimming pool: access to the pool is allowed from 10:00 to 19:00
- For each apartment it is provided 1 beach place consisting of 1 beach umbrella with 2 sunbeds.

Not included-mandatory:
- Security deposit: 200 euros cash on arrival. It will be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection. Please make sure that all the dishes and cutleries are well washed before your check-out, otherwise the security deposit will be retained by the residence.
- Tourist Tax: to be paid upon arrival, the exact amount will be communicated by the residence staff upon your check-in.

Services not included-optional:
- Wellness and fitness centre: the service will be accessed only by reservation and only adults.
- Breakfast: 15 eur per person per day
- Parking space: 10 eur per day (possible at a location nearby, reservation is
needed)
