The residence is a recently built building located 200 meters from the beach and it overlooks the pedestrian avenue full of shops and restaurants situated along the beach.
Our lovely three room apartment is situated on the second floor and it is ideal for 6 guests. It has a security door, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a satellite TV (German channels available), a microwave, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds (they cannot be joined together), 1 blind bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine, a terrace and an uncovered parking space. The building doesn’t have an elevator.
This lovely apartment provides the perfect space for you to enjoy your vacation with a group of friends or family.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
