Nice pool but a lot of problems

It is a nice apartment complex with a relatively large swimming pool and not too far from the sea. The checking and getting there was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. The ad was mostly correct. The ad promises air conditioning, dish washer and washing machine and it has all that. However the wiring can only handle one activity at the time and it also links to water boiler. You can either wash dishes or shower or have the AC on. It is also not easy to fix yourself so we had to call local handyman twice. That is not the biggest issue though: after coming back from this place we realized that we were all bitten by bed bugs and what's even worse we brought them with us back home. So we had to buy special treatments and disinfect all the mattresses, blankets and pillows. We have only stayed for a week and had not realized that the initial marks were not mosquito bites otherwise we would have raised this with the property managers directly. Overall we would not stay in this complex again

Wir können nur unseren Aufenthalt bewerten und persönliche Erfahrungen weitergeben und die sind leider weniger erfreulich: -eigentlich hatten wir eine andere Unterkunft gebucht und auch bestĂ€tigt bekommen, dann bekamen wir eine Email, das Apartment ist verbucht, ein Kalenderfehler, aber wir bekommen ein „besseres und teureres“ Apartment zum selben Preis
 -bei der Ankunft war es dreckig, der Boden, das wenig vorhandene Geschirr versĂŒft -keine Pfannen -keine Töpfe (auf Nachfrage am selben Tag noch zwei erhalten) -keine GlĂ€ser (bis zum Schluss keine bekommen, trotz Nachfrage) -Möbel abgerockt -TV ohne Funktion (nicht mal das Italienische Programm lief) -angeblich ist zu jeder Wohnung ein Parkplatz, leider bis zum Schluss den dazugehörigen nicht gefunden und gefĂŒllt jeden Tag umpacken mĂŒssen! -fĂŒr die Pools benötigt man eine extra Karte (ist im Preis enthalten) leider erst auf Nachfrage am vorletzten Tag erhalten, ohne hab es kein Zutritt zu den zwei Pools am Haus -vom Strand 1,6 km und nicht wie in der Beschreibung 900m -sollte eine Waschmaschine da sein, laut unserer Beschreibung, auch nicht da gewesen -das einzige positive an der ganzen Sache war, das deutschsprachige Personal, das VerstĂ€ndnis gezeigt hat und die Endreinigung ĂŒbernommen. Ansonsten war fĂŒr uns die ganze Story ein „nogo“! Vielleicht war es noch nicht der richtige Saisonbeginn, so das die Wohnung noch nicht vorbereitet war

TrĂšs bonnes vacances dans l'ensemble

La location se situe dans un ensemble calme la journée.L'entretien de la piscine et des espaces verts sont faits tous les jours.C'est un peu plus bruyant le soir à cause de la présence du Luna Parc pas trÚs loin. Il faudrait juste que l'agence qui remet les clés à l'arrivée fasse un tour pour vérifier la fonctionnalité de l' appartement.A notre arrivée , nous avons du retourner à l'agence pour signaler divers points:chaise en plastique cassée, absence de lumiÚre dans la chambre parentale due à des ampoules cassées et pour finir pas assez de verres pour tout le monde.Le point positif est que tous les problÚmes ont été réglé trÚs rapidement. Nous avons passé malgré tout de bonnes vacances.Nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir un pass pour le bus de la plage pour la durée de notre séjour cela peut servir quand on a des enfants de bas ùge.
