The vacation rental is located in the ISI Residence. It is situated in a fairly central location in Bibione Spiaggia and is just a short distance from the beautiful, wide, gently sloping sandy beach. Shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options can be found right in the immediate vicinity. There is also a wide range of entertainment and sports activities available in Bibione Spiaggia. You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. To receive this discount, please enter “Buchung100” in the comment field. We will then deduct the 5% for you. If this rate has already been selected on the booking portal, no additional discount is available. Important: With this rate, 100% of the amount is due immediately after booking. This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.

Apartment Bilo B2 is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 5 people (overtaking with a baby in a travel crib is possible upon request). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The double sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for 2 people. The living area also features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Bed linens and towels can be rented on-site upon request (please reserve when booking). The apartment also features a covered balcony with a table and chairs for relaxing. If needed, a travel crib or high chair can be rented (please reserve when booking). Wi-Fi is available as an option. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach at Bibione Spiaggia is just a few minutes away from the accommodation and is therefore ideal for families with children. A shuttle service runs to the beach. At the beach, you can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. While you enjoy the sun and the gentle sound of the sea, your children can run around on the gently sloping golden beach or at one of the many playgrounds. Those who prefer a more active experience will find a variety of sports activities and entertainment programs for all ages on Bibione Beach. For children, there are arts-and-crafts workshops, sports activities, and games that help them make new friends quickly. Of course, there are various bars, restrooms, and showers available on the beach, and lifeguards ensure the safety of guests so that you can enjoy your time at the beach to the fullest. The beach features wide paths, making it ideal for families with strollers. For dog owners, Bibione offers Pluto Beach. Here, dog owners will find everything they could want from a dog-friendly beach. From dog leash hooks on the lounge chairs to dog bowls and running water for the dogs to cool off.
POOL
Although the vacation home does not have a pool, it is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. In addition, the famous Bibione thermal baths are just a few minutes away.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Enjoy wonderful moments with your family on the gently sloping golden sandy beach. In Bibione, there’s something for the whole family. For younger children, there are various playgrounds and an entertainment program featuring arts and crafts and sports activities on the beach. Older children can, for example, learn to windsurf at one of the five schools; thanks to the sea breeze blowing toward the shore, windsurfing is easy and safe even for children. Or how about a bike ride? In Bibione, you can also explore the surrounding area on two wheels—the great bike paths invite you to do just that.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Whether it’s windsurfing, kayaking, playing beach volleyball, or doing aqua aerobics in the sea, Bibione offers countless activities. In addition to relaxing in the pleasantly warm water, the thermal baths offer a variety of spa treatments. In the evenings, you can enjoy Bibione’s nightlife. The town’s central squares host various concerts featuring live music. A stroll along the moonlit beach makes for a romantic vacation moment. For night owls, there are several nightclubs featuring a variety of music styles.
SHOPPING
You’ll find a variety of shopping options within walking distance. Not only can you find groceries and everyday items right nearby, but you also have plenty of options for a leisurely stroll.
MEALS
The well-equipped kitchen features a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. If you’d rather not cook, you can visit one of the many restaurants within walking distance and treat yourself to some delicious Italian cuisine.
PETS
A maximum of three dogs are allowed in the accommodation if registered at the time of booking. The vacation home is ideal for families with dogs, as it features a large fenced-in yard. Bibione has a dog beach, the Spiaggia di Pluto. Here, dog owners will find the perfect conditions for a relaxing day at the beach with their dog. During the summer months, dog training classes and agility courses are offered at the dog beach every Thursday.

The accommodations are centrally located in the town of Bibione. Everything is within walking distance, so you won’t need to get in your car! Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, gelaterias, and shopping options. The town centre is also within walking distance.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Bibione is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Italy and delights visitors not only with its beautiful 8-kilometer-long, wide sandy beach, but also with its cleanliness, services, and sports facilities. On the beach, you’ll find well-organized beach bars, nearly new lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as showers, daycare centers, and spacious changing rooms. If you’re looking to get active, you’ll be spoiled for choice! Sailing, kayaking, beach volleyball, or bocce—there’s something here for everyone. Family is a top priority here, so there are several events for children, mothers, or the whole family. Baby, mini, and junior clubs offer children of all ages the chance to make new friends from all over the world. Safety is a top priority on the beach: 6 first-aid stations, 28 lifeguard posts, and a smoking ban between the first row of umbrellas and the sea. Every Tuesday morning, a weekly market takes place in Bibione (next to the Lunapark). Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area and beyond. If you’d like to take a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Let a gondola ride put you in a romantic mood, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge, and visit St. Mark’s Square and the famous Doge’s Palace. If you’d simply like to unwind and relax, you’ll find thermal baths right in Bibione itself, where water heated to 52 degrees bubbles up from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something more exciting, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. For younger children, the 3,000-square-meter Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also a great option. Here you’ll find go-kart tracks, inflatable play structures, a swimming pool with boats, and much more. Restaurants, bars, and nightclubs can be found on every corner in Bibione. Food lovers are in for a treat here! Numerous churches, palaces, and castles are located around Bibione, just waiting to be discovered. You can explore them on your own or take a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon hidden behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! The animals, plants, and waters will enchant you with their absolute and unspoiled beauty!
